Just listened to Dave Grey
He talked a lot about that we are part of a Knowledge Economy compared to the old Industrial Economy

the most important words to remember regarding success in creative work are

• Cohesion

bottom-up organizations
i.e. Wikipedia, Linux

• Collaboratories

flocking, like birds

• Co-evolution
