I know it may seem kind of irrelevant, but still really cool! I saw Janet had one of these cups this morning and wanted to spread the magic!

Check out the video above of Starbucks augmented reality app. It's a totally impractical use of this technology, but still cute.

If you really want to know more about what's happening in the augmented reality world, check out Blippar as well. It creates a virtual menu of almost every item it sees, using your phone's camera. It moves with the item in real time. Scary but awesome.
