This is a concept prefab apartment in San Francisco that is at the lower limits of size for a living space. It's alway crazy to see these places that try to get by on a 100+ feet. They are about to design a new version to fix bugs in the design... should be good!
I always love seeing posts like these. It shoes that people don't need thousands of square footage to live.
